Kenyon and Stevens wedding day
Kenyon and Steven celebrated their day with their closest family and friends. They had a beautiful wedding ceremony overlooking the mountains and opted to share their vows with another in private following their first look. After their ceremony they spent the evening celebrating with their guests. Where they spent the remainder of the evening playing games, dancing, exchanging gifts and even partaking in a few different wedding traditions.
As the evening came to a close, members of the bridal party decorated the newly weds car, filling it with balloons and streamers. They ended their wedding with a private dance and a bubble exit before heading out on their honeymoon.
AK Diamond Ranch- Best wedding venue in Homer, Alaska
Kenyon and Steven had celebrated their wedding at AK Diamond Ranch in Homer, Alaska. And let me just say as a wedding vendor I could not love this venue more. To start the owner, Kathy is incredible, she constantly went above and beyond for the couple. She was attentive, kind and most importantly she ensured that Kenyon, Steven and their guests had the best day!
And to top it all off you can’t beat the incredible views that you get while on the property. Between the dramatic overlook of the Kachemak bay, the field or the horses. There simply isn’t a shortage of beautiful places for couples to take photos around the property. For these reasons I will always recommend this wedding venue to couples planning to get married in Alaska.
Planning a wedding comes with a lot of decisions. These posts are here to help you think through timelines, locations, and the details that shape how the day actually feels.
Hi, I'm Michelle, I photograph weddings with a calm and observant approach
That way you can focus on the people around you instead of feeling like you are performing for the camera. I help guide the timeline, pay attention to light, and create space in the day so nothing feels rushed or forced.
Most couples I work with want photographs that feel natural but still elevated, and an experience that feels easy instead of overwhelming. That balance is at the center of everything I do.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every couple the time and attention their celebration deserves. If you’re planning a thoughtful, experience-focused wedding, I’d love to learn more about you and your day.
