From start to finish Megan and Seans day was an absolute dream to be apart of. These two have a heart of gold and I know they are going to share that energy with everyone around them. I loved being apart of their special day at one of my favorite wedding venues, The Cordelle in Nashville.
The moment I arrived I could feel the energy from inside the bridal suite. Megan and her girls were busy having hair and makeup done while sipping on Prosecco. In the background played music that set the mood between moments of conversation and full blown laughter.
Meanwhile downstairs you could find Megan’s mom carefully putting together flowers for her daughters special day. Her mom used to be a florist here in Nashville but she no longer does floral work. She only did the florals for her daughters big day which I thought was so special.
Not too far away from The Cordelle the boys were getting ready at a hotel in downtown Nashville. Between games of bear pong and throwing back a couple cold ones these boys got ready and made their way over to the venue.
As the boys were arriving Megan and her mom were tucked away inside the bridal suite. Her mom helped as she put on her dress, necklace and then finally her earrings. Before we welcomed the bridal party back Megan’s mom handed her the bouquet that she made just for her.
After a very electric first look with her bridal crew and with all the love in the air. Megan and I headed downstairs to meet with her soon to be husband for their first look. We found the perfect spot for these two to share their first look and private vows underneath a tree at the venue.
Megan and Sean’s ceremony took place in the garden at The Cordelle in Nashville. There ceremony was short and sweet but filled with many beautiful messages for this couple. During their ceremony most of the bridal party was seated except for their best man and maid of honor.
After the ceremony the party vibes really started to kick off. As their guests jetted off to cocktail hour I snuck the newly weds away for some portraits and grabbed them a drink to enjoy. Together we captured some memories and some moments of joy for Megan and Sean to look back on.
But you know the party doesn’t really start till the bride and groom walks in. Shortly after portraits Megan and Sean were announced into their reception where they moved immediately into first dances and toasts. At the end of the night the lovely couple was sent off on a party bus where they bar hopped in their wedding attire.
