A stunning Sunday evening spent exploring the natural beauty of Narrows of the Harpeth . Aubrey and Jacob will be getting married back home where both of their families reside in Sedona, Arizona but wanted to embrace the different scenery we have here with an engagement session.
One of my favorite spots at Narrows of the Harpeth is this short hike to the waterfall. The coolness of the water, watching couples fall in love with one another over and over makes my heart skip a beat. The love and pure bliss these two share shines through their entire engagement session.
I’ll just say Jacob had all the twerk skills and between that and the endless airplanes he kept Aubrey Smiling from ear to ear. When we first started the hike Aubrey had the cutest wedges on and decided to take them off and Jacob was so sweet he helped her take them off and carried them the rest of the trip. We jammed out down by the water to some old Country hits and their favorite song I don’t Want to Miss a thing by Aerosmith.
While we stopped at the two most well known spots at the Narrows of the Harpeth state park we celebrated their story in many other places all over the park. I can even say that while editing these I felt like I was given the gift to be able to relive all the special moments that these two share. The way her hand fits so perfectly in his, the way he looks at her or even the way he made her laugh. These two are a match made in heaven and I can’t wait to follow their story and can’t wait to serve them again soon!
Once we made it to the top of Narrows of the Harpeth state park the sky had different plans in mind for all of us. What started with a sprinkle here and there turned into a warm rain but you could never tell because these two were totally un-phased by the whole thing. If anything it made their love more playful and meaningful.
If you love our work we’d love to catch up with you on social media! Pinterest, Instagram and facebook!
